Delivery Policy:
AEL currently offers two modes of delivery for purchases made on its Services. Home Delivery & Pick Up at V Nine Stores.
Home Delivery:
- Please note that for all home deliveries, V- Nine Stores will Not charge delivery fee. while placing the order online or Call.
- In case there is a delay in delivering the order to you – either due to V-Nine Stores own internal reasons or due to your unavailability – V – Nine Stores is not obligated to compensate you for the inconvenience. You are liable to pay the entire amount of the order before or at the time of delivery.
- For Cash On Delivery, if you choose to pay by a credit/debit card at the time of delivery, V-Nine Stores will make its best efforts to receive the order amount through a card swipe machine. However, in the event the machine doesn’t work, you are required to make the payment by cash or QR Code. You agree to not delay payment or seek further time to make the payment once the order is delivered.
- V-Nine Stores reserves the sole right to compensate you for any inconvenience caused. A decision to compensate you for any inconvenience is at the sole discretion of V-Nine Stores and could happen only through digital payments. Any compensation paid by V-Nine Stores will be a separate transaction done through digital payment transfer. You cannot deduct any agreed compensation amount from the order amount.
- You agree to pay the entire order amount (net of any returned items) in full at or before the time of delivery. Exceptions cannot be made in any circumstances.
Pick Up at V Nine Stores:
You can collect your orders from DMart Ready Pick-up Points as per your convenience. There are no additional charges for collecting the orders from DMart Ready Pick-up Points.
Purchase Policy
All users must register and log in for placing orders on the Marketplace. You must keep your account and registration details current and correct for all communications related to your purchases from the Marketplace. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree to receive promotional or transactional communication and newsletters from the Company and its partners. You can opt out from such communication and/or newsletters either by contacting the customer services team of Marketplace or by placing a request for the same.
Cancellation Policy:
As a user, you may cancel an order placed by you before the order enters the “billed” stage. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 48-72 hours.
Orders may be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of the Company, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, the Company will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.
Further, while precautions are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the Marketplace may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers and in such an event, you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and grant credit/coupon for the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Marketplace.
We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
